The quote tool
The rate inquiry form collects gender, date of birth, your self-reported health status, tobacco use, desired coverage, and term choice. These details are transmitted to a quoting engine run by the carriers' platform to compute rates and are not retained on this website. Quotes require no personal information—no name, address, phone, or email. Repeated identical submissions may pull from a brief cache to avoid redundant quoting service calls.
Applying
Should you decide to apply, your prior answers prefill a secure application managed by the carriers' platform; you then operate under that platform's privacy policies. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance entity (License 0B75129), oversees the process.
The contact form
The contact form requests your full name, email, optional phone number, your reply preference, the subject of your inquiry, and your message. It arrives in our agency inbox; your email acts as the return address. We do not archive copies, maintain a submission database, or log message texts. A brief bot-check executes locally in your browser prior to dispatch.
Measurement
Page activity on this site is monitored via privacy-respecting, first-party analytics delivered from our own domain. No cookies or tracking identifiers are created; your IP address has two bytes masked before logging; entry-point query data is stripped; access logs vanish after 90 days. Visitors who enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are wholly exempt from counting.
What we do not do
We neither sell nor transfer your personal data, employ ad-tracking software, or integrate outside analytics libraries. The sole third-party script active here belongs to the carriers' application platform, which activates only if you navigate to the apply page.
